SHIPPING INFORMATION

We are so grateful for your choice to shop with us & know you're excited to receive your order!! We are a small business & work hard to ensure all orders ship as quickly & efficiently as possible. You can now see estimated delivery dates at checkout.

At times, order volume is higher than usual, especially during the holiday season. An actual human is making and packing your order & can only go so fast. We have no control over the speed at which the carrier updates tracking information or delivers your package. We appreciate your patience & understanding!

  • We hand make most items to order. Orders are typically processed & shipped within 5-7 business days, but in some cases may take a little longer depending on order volume.

  • Orders containing pre-order items will typically ship together, but may ship separately if the pre-order item will take longer than our standard processing time. Please refer to the ship by date of the preorder item for when to expect this item to ship by.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard delivery will ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly USPS First Class) & arrive within 2-5 business days (M-F, not including holidays) within the Continental United States. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. 

PRIORITY SHIPPING

Priority *applies to shipping speed only!* will ship USPS Priority Mail & arrive within 1-4 business days (M-F, not including holidays) within the United States. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship WORLDWIDE via your choice of USPS or UPS. You will be able to see these options at checkout. You will be responsible for paying any taxes or duties, if applicable, to your country. Free shipping is only offered within the US.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

1. You will receive a confirmation email to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout within 24 hours.

2. You will receive a second email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number & a link to track your package. Please allow up to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

3. You will receive a third & fourth email once your order is out for delivery & has been delivered.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or delivery, please contact your local post office or the carrier directly, prior to contacting us. In some cases, the tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order.

THIRTYISH is NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Delays with any shipping carrier.
  • Orders marked delivered according to tracking.

  • Orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. The carrier will assume responsibility once the package has been shipped. 

  • If you declined Route Package Protection, you may be able to file a claim with USPS here or contact USPS via phone at 1-800-275-8777.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

Route provides protection for your package & is offered at checkout. Lost, stolen, or damaged package? If something went wrong with your protected order, you can report an issue by filing a claim here.
